" Hi all, I just had a thought and want to share with you guys. Among the things that we train every day, techniques, structures, stances. We might forgot one thing, we might overlook one thing, emotions. How can emotions affect your training, your progress, your understanding and your martial arts level? Share your view
I shall share mine first. In many situations, where jealousy and anger might prompt us to use violence on some other people, which defeats the moral lesson we are always learning and promoting. At the same time, when emotions such as anger come into the picture, the techniques we use will be like "go-all-out-and-kill-the-target", at the same time, anger will also blind us from the opponents' technique. In short, anger don't do you any good in martial arts other then turning you into rambo." quoted by someone great and i admired wif full of respect
